Her communication was excellent, and her care for the entire process made us feel like family, not just clients. We are so appreciative of everything she did for us, and I would highly recommend Farrah to anyone and everyone looking for a real estate agent.
The buying process was rushed and communication between realtor and buyer was not fluid. Furthermore, I am not sure where this falls, but my realtor did not advise me that the house I was buying was that of her mother's. Shae was representing both the seller and buyer, I think? Repairs that were pointed out in inspection report were not all fixed/repaired. Storage shed, door locks, etc, for things I have yet to find.
I received a cash offer. I declined thought I could do better this was before I got with my Realtor put 15,000 in the house I had paid in full fix it up six months later another Realtor brought in the sale only received one offer had to pay both realtors and ended up walking away with the exact cash amount that I was offered from Marc Spain homebuyer. Unfortunately, with the six more months of taxes, insurance water electric +15k and new roof I walked away with less. This is the first home sale in my lifetime in the future I would definitely take a cash offer much more serious.

My experience working with Crystal was great! My home buying process was neither traditonal or smooth (at no fault of Crystal or her colleagues) however, Crystal was professional, Patient, and kind. She is also very down to earth. When working with her she is very responsive to texts, calls, and emails. She was always available to answer questions. As a first time home buyer with lots of questions, that was invaluable to me. I really felt that she wanted to help me find my dream home. Crystal also advocated for me. She's not afraid to speak up on her client's behalf if needed. I appreciate all the work that she did to help me close on my first home!
