Every Detail Addressed

Crystal was recommended to us by our good friends. She made the house hunting/buying process a breeze. She was very personable and we felt comfortable enough to ask tons of questions. She was quick to follow up with answers and information. She really went above and beyond covering every detail to make sure we were happy during and would even be satisfied with the home after our purchase. She achieved this by providing suggestions on what we should request to be fixed on the home as well as ensuring all the repairs were completed.

Not a record we were looking to break

Our move into Ellis county took WAY longer than we thought it would, and Crystal patiently walked the entire journey with us. We looked at 45 properties over 5 months - a record for her to show clients! Once we selected a home, she on it like ducks on a June bug, and we closed in 3 weeks! I cannot recommend Crystal enough.

Excellent Experience

When I first started working with Crystal I was not quite ready to purchase a home. Living in another state she kept in touch with me regularly and was available to help when I decided it was the right time to start looking for a home. Crystal is very knowledgeable about the market and all things related to purchase of a new build and assisted me with asking questions I never would have thought of. She took the time to video the build when I could not be there and represented me when asking about concerns. She is very professional and communicated with me always in a timely manner. I would recommend her very highly to all!
