Cheryl was wonderful to work with throughout the entire purchasing process. She was patient as I found the home of my dreams, helped me secure it when there were multiple offers on the table, walked through my complex closing process with me, and even followed-up after the move a few times to ensure everything went well and that I was happy in my new home!

Kristen and Dusty were very helpful and had our house under contract after two showings in the first day! They were very responsive and always quick to help and answer any questions. They negotiated very well on our behalf and got us the best possible deal out of our sell.

I would highly recommend Patsy Reed to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process of selling my elderly parents’ home. I was handling the sale under a power of attorney, which added extra challenges and complexity to the process. She went above and beyond to help me get the house ready to sell and guided me through each step with patience, professionalism, and confidence. Her years of experience and wealth of knowledge were evident from the beginning. She has exceptional attention to detail, is highly proactive, and anticipates potential problems before they occur. She is also very personable, responsive, and easy to work with. I truly appreciated her compassion, expertise, and willingness to do more than expected. I could not have asked for a better agent and would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

I have and will continue to recommend this team. Nick Higdon was my agent and helped me through the whole process answering all of my questions and helping resolve all issues that arose during the process. When i buy my next home, I will definitely work with Nick again.
