We worked with Saradhi in our previous ventures. He is always responsive, and good at setting expectations upfront. Being a local to greater Austin, he has a deep understanding of the market conditions in Leander, Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock etc. And can leverage his experience to guide you to the right house at the right price.
Jaymes responded quickly to my initial inquiry by coming to our house to meet us. Competition opted for Zoom -- big mistake. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of our local market and discussed alternatives for date-to-go-live and pricing strategies. Together, we managed to get a very good offer, which we accepted, before we even had a chance to officially list the house.
We permanently left the US and needed someone we could trust to handle the sale of our house as if it were theirs. I narrowed my search to the real estate agent who sold the most houses in the Leander, TX area and also had a reasonable number of current listings, so they could provide special attention to our house. Mahshid more than impressed me with her marketing plan, providing an exceptional video of the house while it was staged, along with a 360 tour. The staging was incredibly beautiful, and we wish we had bought the furniture for ourselves when we first moved in. Mahshid created professional brochures and mailed them to our neighbors and the surrounding subdivisions, which generated significant traffic for our house, with approximately 2-3 viewings per week. A few things came up during the showing of the house that Mahshid personally handled, including a gas leak from our water heater, a section of the fence falling off, adjusting the temperature, and removing some insects. After a buyer submitted an offer, more items needed personal attention. Mahshid provided support that helped us save money when our roof and water heater needed to be replaced, and she negotiated for a lower cost. She also helped sell our refrigerators, washing machine, and dryer (since we could not take them with us to New Zealand) for a higher price. During the contract phase, Mahshid was extremely courteous and patient with the buyer's real estate agent, who made unreasonable demands to us, the title company, our house insurance company, and the roofing company. The buyer's agent was so awful that the title company, roofing company, and many real estate agents refused to ever work with her because she was brand-new, knew nothing about what she was doing, and threatened others with unwarranted legal action. Mahshid went above and beyond to sell our house and made it feel like a million-dollar property, even though it was average. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
