John helped us buy a long distance house. We live in Florida, but bought the El Paso house as a vacation/second home. John was knowledgable and professional. He helped us through doing the process online. He was always available when we had a question or needed help. When we were in El Paso he showed us several possible homes. Overall, very pleased with the service we received.
