Rich is a great realtor that, whether you are buying or selling, knows exactly how to work everything in your favor. When you hire him to represent you he truly takes every need and desire seriously and represents your interests above and beyond expectations. He treats the transaction as if he were the one personally buying or selling a home and makes sure nothing gets missed. He’s not afraid to tell you like it is, good or bad. He definitely is not one of those sleazy realtors that’s just trying to convince you to do whatever it might be that is just for the sake of getting the sale. Rich would rather have happy and repeat customers like myself, than to just get a quick sale. You won’t go wrong using him.

From the moment Marleine walked in our door we knew she was the right person to sell our home. She is upfront and honest about what to do to quickly get a home on the market and in front of the most buyers possible. Her advice on staging, timing, listing price, and negotiating was impeccable. She has deep contacts to help with whatever needs to be done to get the house on the market and is dedicated to getting the house sold. In our experience, she goes above and beyond other realtors to accomplish that. We have purchased six houses and sold 5 and Marleine is truly in a class of her own. Throughout the entire home selling process she always answered every question promptly and thoughtfully. Her photographer showcased our home beautifully and Marleine was an expert on using social media to highlight our home. We moved far away and out of our home before we listed it and Marleine regularly checked on our home and came over several times a week to water plants and fill our pool, even in the middle of the hot Texas summer. Our house ended up selling for above listing price and Marleine remained involved and dedicated until the very end, creating a detailed list of home upgrades and finding true comps so our house would appraise for the sold price, which it did. We also were selling due to a corporate relocation and Marleine was extremely helpful with that entire process, even advising us after the sale had closed. While we hope to never move again, we know that we would absolutely work with Marleine as either a seller or buyer and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the DFW market.

She is a great communicator, organized and knows the DFW market extremely well. She was very timely and never late for all appointments. She lead all price discussions with with great market knowledge. Would not have made the purchase without her being there.
