From the moment Marleine walked in our door we knew she was the right person to sell our home. Tracy Hollis was able to sell my house to an individual buyer for a great price. She knew exactly what to do to get my old house ready. One thing she did that was especially helpful was to insist that I get my insurance company to inspect my roof after a bad hailstorm. The insurance company paid for most of the replacement, and the value of my house increased with a brand-new roof. I also appreciated her nice homey touches on the old house before she showed it. Finally, I have to commend her utter commitment and energy level. Tracy is totally committed to doing her best.
