From the moment Marleine walked in our door we knew she was the right person to sell our home. Our house ended up selling for above listing price and Marleine remained involved and dedicated until the very end, creating a detailed list of home upgrades and finding true comps so our house would appraise for the sold price, which it did. We also were selling due to a corporate relocation and Marleine was extremely helpful with that entire process, even advising us after the sale had closed.
