Kimberly started out as an apartment leasing consultant and soon realized her true passion was providing exceptional customer service while helping people find a new home.
She continued with her career in multifamily property management working her way to Property Manager all while becoming a part of her company’s due diligence team for new acquisitions. She earned her Certified Apartment Manager CAM and Certified Area Portfolio Supervisor CAPS certifications from the National Apartment Association. Soon after earning her certifications, she became a Regional Manager for single-family home rentals and began her dream career in real estate sales. Kimberly specializes in working in the Tri-County area with both buyers and sellers in the important area of residential sales.
