Great to work with.

Franklin was the listing agent for when my wife and I sold our house. I have some former experience with real estate and construction. Franklin took his fiduciary responsibilities very seriously. His character, integrity and morals are of the highest regard. Franklin is a rare find in this industry. We had a contract on our house in less than 24 hours! Through the entire process of the closing, Franklin guided and directed us in a way that everything he did was for our betterment, not his! I do not give out recommendations easily. They must be earned, and Franklin certainly earned his. You will not go wrong with using Franklin as your agent and Baker Realty as the company. Both have the highest of standards and it shows! Cannot say enough good things about either. Thanks so much!
