My parents are in their 80s and had reached a point that maintaining a house on their own was just too difficult. We decided that it would be in their best interest for them to sale their house and move in with me (their daughter). Their house was in good condition, but dated, and they needed to sell it quickly while it was a seller's market. My parents' attorney recommended Franklin Robbins to us. Franklin was wonderful. He was very reassuring to my parents, answering all of their questions and concerns. He put the house on the market, and after 8 days, it was under contract! Franklin Robbins is the most thorough, insightful, knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate broker I have ever worked with, throughout all my sales and buys made in my lifetime. Responses to all requests were immediate. He took great care in making sure I found the right home despite my impulses to buy the first thing I saw. All who will have involvement with this agent will have the same treatment. He is excellent.

My wife and I can't say enough about Lisa. She was always professional, courteous, and cheerful. We moved from out of state so Lisa received calls and texts at all hours...sorry Lisa...but she always responded quickly. Also, everyone Lisa has recommended for various home buying services have been amazing as well.
