Real estate teams in TX, 78634

We can’t say enough good things about Jamie Novak and team for selling my mom’s house. From the first conversation to closing day, they were incredibly responsive. Calls, texts, and emails were answered quickly, and we never felt out of the loop. Since we weren’t living in town, we had to rely on Jamie and the team to be our eyes and ears, and they handled everything: coordinating access, overseeing repairs and showings, and keeping us updated every step of the way. Their team approach meant someone was always there to help, and they were flexible with our schedules and the unexpected things that came up. Selling a parent’s home is emotional and stressful, and they gave us thoughtful, honest advice that helped us make good decisions with confidence. They were patient with all our questions and never made us feel rushed. Their knowledge of the local market, their pricing and negotiating skills, and their real care for our family made a hard process so much easier. We would recommend Jamie and her team to anyone without hesitation, and we’re so grateful for everything they did for us.

We had an exceptional experience working with our realtor, Jamie Novak, while purchasing our new home in Austin, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the very beginning, she never made us feel rushed or pressured, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She genuinely wanted us to explore our options, and find the home that was truly right for us. She also consistently kept resale value in mind, which we really appreciated. She wasn’t just focused on helping us buy a house — she was thinking about the long-term value of the investment and making sure we were making a smart decision. She was also an excellent negotiator. She handled our requests with confidence and professionalism and did an incredible job navigating conversations with the seller. She knew how to communicate what was important to us while maintaining a great relationship throughout the process. And beyond her knowledge of the market and professionalism, her energy and enthusiasm was inspiring. She was positive, approachable, and very responsive, and made what can be a stressful experience feel exciting and enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She truly went above and beyond, and we feel very fortunate to have had her by our side.

Jamie and her team always go above & beyond, this is our 4th house purchase within our family that Jamie has helped us with. Jamie makes the process as simple as possible, clearly walking us through every step. Her knowledge of the market is amazing. We recommend Jamie to everyone!!
