She was helpful during every step of the buying process, including getting estimates for repairs and upgrades and coordinating contractor schedules while we were still in Arizona. She did all of this while handling many other client's business. I would highly recommend her.

Sarah's guidance on preparing my home for photos and potential buyers was spot on, a nice mix of fewer personal items but not the barren look. Attractive signs were made and placed throughout the home that pointed out key selling features which other agents don't often bother to read in the listing and are not always obvious. Her decorating skills with changes, arrangements, and added plants were valuable and fun and many I've repeated in my new home. Sarah doesn't just list your home (paperwork). She knows what is needed for photography to showcase the home's key selling features which led to rearrangements of art work, shifting area rugs, furniture, and decorative objects, plus sending large speakers and the treadmill to the garage. Sarah was straightforward in her analysis of the current market, even suggested the option of waiting to list. She was accurate on pricing, yet flexible when I wanted to try a higher price. I appreciated her talks with the buyer's agent that led to a quick sale in a not great market. I've bought and sold many homes and in many cities and market conditions; the process from start to finish with Sarah was exceedingly positive, creative, comprehensive, and professional. She doesn't just stick a sign in your yard, have a few photos taken, and hope for the best.
