Kimberly’s connection to Sun City is personal. Her mother has lived in the Cottages since 2017 and absolutely loves it. After years of visiting, Kimberly and her husband are now planning their own move to Sun City. She knows firsthand what makes it special—the friendly neighbors, the social clubs, the golf, and the sense of belonging that makes this community shine.
After moving back to the North Austin area three times, Kimberly and her family have finally planted roots in Georgetown, just minutes from the historic square. “Central Texas keeps calling me back,” she says. Clients describe her as warm, professional, and thorough—someone who listens closely, works hard, and follows through. Her business is built on referrals, results, and relationships that last long after closing.
Before real estate, Kimberly wore many hats: telecommunications, HR, recruiting, CPS, and even owning a travel agency. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UT–San Antonio and a Master’s in Social Work from Texas State University—education that helps her understand people and guide them through one of life’s biggest transitions.
Married to her high school sweetheart for nearly 37 years, Kimberly values family, friendship, and connection. She’s an animal lover (especially her ragdoll cat, Beau), adores all things pink, loves tacos, wine nights, and interior design. Her approach to real estate mirrors her life: warm, genuine, and full of heart.
