Annie helped us buy our first home and what we thought would be a long process to find our perfect home only took 2 weeks! She is super responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and will answer any and all questions you ask honestly! She explained the home buying process to us with patience and ease and made a rather daunting process fun and easy. Buying our first home is the biggest purchase/decision my husband and I have made in our lives so far and I’m so thankful to have had Annie in our corner. Brent and JoAnn Rice, the Rice Group team at Compass Real Estate, are knowledgeable of the industry and professional in every way. I primarily selected them to represent my home for sale as they had lived in the neighborhood since 2000 when the first homes in the subdivision were built.
