I had used another real estate agent for 9 months to try to sell my home in San Antonio. I was lucky enough to get a recommendation from another friend to hire Annie. She was so great!! As we discussed on how to sell the house, she provided more information on the market, the neighborhood, the builder (who was my competition for selling) and what I need to do get the house sold. I never received a lot of that information from my last realtor. Her knowledge to the market is outstanding. She communicated weekly on the house views with all the systems, had open houses, and always received feedback for me on the showings. She was able to sell my house in 90 days.
