Brent and JoAnn Rice, the Rice Group team at Compass Real Estate, are knowledgeable of the industry and professional in every way. I primarily selected them to represent my home for sale as they had lived in the neighborhood since 2000 when the first homes in the subdivision were built. With participation on the board of directors and experience with the schools which their children attended, and with their extensive knowledge of the subdivision, with its different builders and price points, they were better able to showcase, promote, and defend our home than other agents or brokers.
