Ellen Pool and her amazing husband Todd were a wealth of knowledge and help. She talked me off the ledge of tears numerous times when I felt like getting our perfect home just wasn’t going to happen! I developed a friendship with her and trusted her (and Todd’s) expertise 100%. When my husband and I went to the open house, we learned there were 4 other offers on the table! With Ellen’s master negotiation skills, she put in an aggressive offer that shut down the 2nd open house and our offer was accepted that same night! Ahmad did an excellent job with my home. From start to finish not only is he extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, friendly and do things beyond what his job calls so you don't get stressed at all and that's a very important trait for me. He made sure that I got everything I wanted and knows what was best for me. An example was that during closing, last minute issues came up with the house, but unfortunately I was busy at work. He fixed everything, did the impossible, took care of everything and just kept me updated. I didn't have to do anything at all and all he said was "all good, buyers signed off" and that what makes a good realtor, they make impossible things possible. I definitely highly recommend him!
