She was so good, and so knowledgable, I hired her to find a tenant after I bought the condo. She was superb. Everything she said about the market was on point, and she quickly found me a creditworthy tenant. I let her do the lease and handle every part of it, even though I had a texasleaselawyer.com website. She is also friendly at the same time as being steadfast as an agent for her client's interests. Finally, she referred me to a whole host of vendors I needed to get the condo ready to go- insurance agents, locksmiths, pest control, even competitive electric companies. I have dealt with dozens, if not hundreds ( low hundreds) of real estate brokers in my career. Some of whom are the most celebrated in town, but Yichin is as good a broker as I have ever dealt with.
