A++, as a buyer's broker, and as a landlord's broker

I am a real estate attorney. Yichin represented the owner of a condo I bought. Yichin was responsive, respectful, truthful, professional, and smart too. She was so good, and so knowledgable, I hired her to find a tenant after I bought the condo. She was superb. Everything she said about the market was on point, and she quickly found me a creditworthy tenant. I let her do the lease and handle every part of it, even though I had a texasleaselawyer.com website. She is also friendly at the same time as being steadfast as an agent for her client's interests. Finally, she referred me to a whole host of vendors I needed to get the condo ready to go- insurance agents, locksmiths, pest control, even competitive electric companies. I have dealt with dozens, if not hundreds ( low hundreds) of real estate brokers in my career. Some of whom are the most celebrated in town, but Yichin is as good a broker as I have ever dealt with.

Excellent realtor

Jill (Yichin) recently helped selling my house in Houston while i am living in California. She did an excellent job on setting up a reasonable selling price, getting the house in ready-to-sell shape and showing clients to my house. Given the slowing-down market condition, I was able to get multiple offers and sell my house at a reasonable price. Appreciate Jill's help and would definitely recommend her as a professional agent.
