She had a clear knowledge of the market and was very professional in her role.

Always very responsive, and available to work whatever needed to be worked.

Avigayil was helpful and gave us advice as to each and every aspect and detail of the transaction from the very start through the very end!

We were a motivated seller. Kate worked with us diligently and guided us through the process from start to finish. Ended up selling under asking, but Kate assisted to the best of her ability in the current market and stayed on top of buyer’s status constantly up until closing.

Kate Myhan is an exceptional real estate broker and a true expert when it comes to short sales and challenging real estate transactions. Her knowledge, persistence, negotiation skills, and ability to navigate complicated situations made a tremendous difference throughout the process. Kate understands how to work with sellers, lenders, title companies, and all parties involved to keep a difficult transaction moving toward closing. She communicates clearly, stays on top of every detail, and always looks for solutions when obstacles arise. I would highly recommend Kate to any homeowner considering selling, especially anyone facing financial challenges, a complicated property situation, or the possibility of a short sale. She is also an excellent resource for sellers who simply want an experienced broker who understands today’s market and knows how to position and negotiate a property effectively. If you need a knowledgeable, determined, and experienced real estate professional on your side, Kate Myhan is the broker to call. — Kris

I was forced to sell my home in a pretty terrible market for it unfortunately. With any other agent I am confident things would have turned out poorly for me. Kate was aggressive at getting the listing noticed, working hard to entice the agents of prospective buyers, and negotiating on offers. We managed to sell despite the challenges at a higher price than I had anticipated, thanks to Kate!
