I have relocated many times over my 40 year career in the energy business. Nick is the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has a keen sense of the local market, he is a very hard worker and exceeded my expectations in every phase. His advice and help with contractors pre listing was invaluable. He brought us multiple solid offers within the first week of listing the home. Nick was very proactive and made sure every detail was handled ahead of time.

Really enjoyed working with Nick Chambers to purchase my 2nd home. This is a challenging real estate market and Nick was able to give me some ideas, such as a sale-lease back, which helped me close the deal. After purchase Nick was able to recommend several quality contractors to help me perform a few renovations as well. After all of that he helped me lease my first home at the top of market rents; $200/mo more than my neighbor who leased just a month before. Really showed that he understood the market and what the home was worth. Overall a smooth transaction and I'll definitely be doing business with Nick in the future.

Working with Nick was great. He is forward thinking, well versed in the market and its trends, and pays attention to details. He is responsive, professional, and is a clear and effective communicator. I would recommend Nick's services to anyone and everyone.
