Really enjoyed working with Nick Chambers to purchase my 2nd home. This is a challenging real estate market and Nick was able to give me some ideas, such as a sale-lease back, which helped me close the deal. After purchase Nick was able to recommend several quality contractors to help me perform a few renovations as well. After all of that he helped me lease my first home at the top of market rents; $200/mo more than my neighbor who leased just a month before. Really showed that he understood the market and what the home was worth. Overall a smooth transaction and I'll definitely be doing business with Nick in the future.
