She arranged staging, helped us find reliable people to handle repairs, and hosted two open houses (including one with 12 local agents to attract more buyers). Her dedication really showed through every step. She is excellent at negotiation and firmly stands her ground to support and protect her clients. As her client, I truly feel that support! She also thought ahead for things we wouldn’t have even considered. When a storm passed through Austin, she proactively arranged a roof inspection to make sure there was no surprise damage. That gave us huge peace of mind as we went into the selling process. She was also helping us figure out what to do with the freezer, washer, and dryer we left behind. She didn’t have to, but she stepped in anyway and handled it, which meant a lot to us. She’s always responsive, thoughtful, and gives solid advice.
