Vicky went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect house. She helped the entire process from finding a home, closing, and even checked on me after we closed. She really went above and beyond for me and advocated for me when I needed the help. I was a first time homebuyer and she made the process so easy and answered all of my questions.

Sarah was very friendly and very nice. She was also very patient. She had no problem looking at all the houses we wanted to look at and she made sure we took our time to see each house fully. She was also pretty knowledgeable about the services for each house and the process for getting the house. I love the app that we were able to use as well. It was very easy to use and had many options to look at. I wish she provided more houses/options for us to view. I spent many days on the app trying to find houses to look at and ones that matched our wish list; which is more of the realtor’s job. I would have liked to spend a lot less time on the app and her provide me with houses that were in our price range and had our wish list. She was also late to our appointment to look at houses by 30 minutes. We also did not receive any deals/negotiated prices on our house.
