We had a great experience working with Crystal, she helped us find the perfect house 7 years ago. We kept in touch all these years so when it came time to sell our home there was no question as to whom we would in trust it to. We contacted Crystal and she took care of everything and kept us informed every step of the way. We are very grateful that she made it very stress free to sell our home.

Sarah was very friendly and very nice. She was also very patient. She had no problem looking at all the houses we wanted to look at and she made sure we took our time to see each house fully. She was also pretty knowledgeable about the services for each house and the process for getting the house. I love the app that we were able to use as well. It was very easy to use and had many options to look at. I wish she provided more houses/options for us to view. I spent many days on the app trying to find houses to look at and ones that matched our wish list; which is more of the realtor’s job. I would have liked to spend a lot less time on the app and her provide me with houses that were in our price range and had our wish list. She was also late to our appointment to look at houses by 30 minutes. We also did not receive any deals/negotiated prices on our house.

Connie is solid as a sales professional. She kept us fully informed. Advised when asked, provided market insight and kept things moving. When an opportunity arose she was there to guide and assure each party was fully informed and the information flowed as needed.
