Kim was great to work with. The whole experience was simple. She went above and beyond by working with the partners realtor and lenders. Her knowledge and experience was helpful. She valued the desired timeline and worked diligently to achieve the goal.

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.

Michell was very professional and friendly. Alway's communicated with me. She is very friendly and I would not have used anyone else due to my past experience with her. She definitely knows her business.

My husband and I are right in the middle of selling our current home and buying our new home with Michael. And we cannot say enough great things about him! He is a really hard worker and he makes you feel like you're his first priority. Always punctual and responsive. Our favorite thing about working with Michael is his construction knowledge of the homes - we feel we can trust his advice - which is helpful when buying an older home. THANKS MICHAEL - sad our time working together is coming to an end. But luckily it's ending in a beautiful new home!
