My experience with Sandy as my realtor was amazing. She was thorough in helping me look for a property that met my needs and wants, she is very knowledgeable about how to run a search and expedient in jumping on new listings and checking on ones upcoming. I learned so much from her. She made sure to stay in contact with me and talk me through different aspects of home buying I was not familiar with. Her integrity and hardworking traits were quite evident as she worked with me and for me. Her people skills are refreshing as she worked with me and other realtors and the title company. I knew she had my best interests in mind. It was a real blessing and privilege too have her as my realtor.

We knew what we wanted in a Realtor--the list was long, and Kelly Bob Bayer gave us a far better experience than we'd hoped for. This is how we'd describe him: bright, honest, resourceful, attentive, creative, practical, respectful, with great communication skills, which include listening. "Integrity" is another good word to describe his qualities. As sellers, we told him what we wanted, listened to and followed his recommendations, and sold quickly. Our neighbors were amazed. We're STILL amazed.

Allison was very helpful in purchasing my first home. I had a lot of needs/wants and she was able to provide several examples of homes that were best for me. When putting in an offer on the house I now own, she was able to suggest a price that was competitive and fair. Negotiations blew my mind - I bought my house below asking AND got a new roof at no expense to me. Closing was a pretty painless process as well. Ultimately, my experience with Allison and purchasing my first home was great. I will definitely use her again if/when the time comes to purchase or sell!
