About Dganit

My family and I have relocated both internationally and domestically, and I have experienced firsthand the challenges of this stressful time. In January 2009 we moved to the North Dallas area, and made Texas our home! I started as an investor and quickly got my real estate license. Since then, I have worked with families during their domestic or international relocation to North Dallas and the suburbs, as well as many sellers, investors and landlords in the area. I have a bachelor’s degree in Economy & Business and worked several years in marketing. After my son was diagnosed with Autism, I went back to school and completed M.Ed. in Special Education. I have worked with children and families with special needs and current engage in various volunteering activities to promote awareness, inclusion and support to the community. Relocation for families with special needs has unique considerations. Relocation was a challenging time for my family and I am passionate about supporting other families in this journey. Absolutely THE BEST!

Joan Parma sold me a home in Lake Highlands after I had been renting a house in the area for two years and was ready to purchase. That was 34 years ago. Joan is the ultimate Professional!

Joan Parma represented me when I bought the home I lived in for 33 years in Lake Highland. When I was ready to sell recently, she was the only Agent I considered to assist me again. We are new to the US and Dganit was very...

We are new to the US and Dganit was very patient explaining and walking us hand by hand through the process of renting. She also understood what we were looking for and showed us quite a few properties before we found the right one. We felt taken care of and that we have someone to trust.

Selling our house with Dganit was an awesome...

Selling our house with Dganit was an awesome experience. She is a true professional who guided us through each step. Selling a house is a very emotional process and Dganit was kind and caring and priced our house right that it took just one weekend to sell it.
