Buying and selling a house at the same time was beyond intimidating. When we found the house we wanted to buy, she coordinated the move in/out dates seamlessly. She negotiated a great deal for us and made things happen that we didn't know were possible. She is very experienced and is always available. Everything worked out perfectly and we are settled in our new home about 6 weeks after the first call to her. If we'd known how well it would all work out, we would have called her much sooner!

Jan was very responsive and knowledgeable. She worked very late and on weekends in our somewhat difficult effort to find a house that met our needs in the tight market Plano area. We have bought and sold a few houses over the years - It's really important to have an agent who is experienced and also familiar with the area where you are buying or selling.

Jan is a fantastic realtor! She sold my parents their house in 1990, and I just purchased my first home with her. She is extremely sharp and really knows the business! She knows Carrollton like the back of her hand and she really had good advice for me on what areas I shoud consider.
