Buying and selling a house at the same time was beyond intimidating. I was so worried about the timing of everything and making sure we had a home to move into after ours sold that we put off calling for way too long. Jan came to our house and suggested some minor improvements that resulted in our house being sold in one day. This was after someone else told us to do nothing and list it for $25k less than what it ended up selling for. We got an amazing offer that benefited us in every way. When we found the house we wanted to buy, she coordinated the move in/out dates seamlessly. She negotiated a great deal for us and made things happen that we didn't know were possible. She is very experienced and is always available. Everything worked out perfectly and we are settled in our new home about 6 weeks after the first call to her. If we'd known how well it would all work out, we would have called her much sooner!

Jan was very responsive and knowledgeable. She worked very late and on weekends in our somewhat difficult effort to find a house that met our needs in the tight market Plano area. We have bought and sold a few houses over the years - It's really important to have an agent who is experienced and also familiar with the area where you are buying or selling.

Jan is very knowledgeable and was very helpful when it came time to sell our house. And when it was time to buy, Jan was there to help us find the home we wanted.It was almost like she never slept.

Jan is a fantastic realtor! She sold my parents their house in 1990, and I just purchased my first home with her. She is extremely sharp and really knows the business! She knows Carrollton like the back of her hand and she really had good advice for me on what areas I shoud consider. She was also very patient with me and took the time to make sure I understood the whole process. We looked at tons of houses together, and she always jumped quickly to get me in to see them. When I found the house to bid on, she walked me through everything and was able to help me get the best deal possible! She definitely looked out for me. Jan's the best :)
