We knew what we wanted in a Realtor--the list was long, and Kelly Bob Bayer gave us a far better experience than we'd hoped for. This is how we'd describe him: bright, honest, resourceful, attentive, creative, practical, respectful, with great communication skills, which include listening. "Integrity" is another good word to describe his qualities. As sellers, we told him what we wanted, listened to and followed his recommendations, and sold quickly. Our neighbors were amazed.
