Ashleigh was an incredible help with our home buying process. As first time buyers we didn't really know what we were getting in to, but she walked us through everything in detail. She and her team made sure everything got done on time and that there are no surprises waiting for us. Not only that, she negotiated on our behalf to get us a better deal and concessions from the seller when we were ready to settle. I feel she truly had our best interests in mind. I highly recommend Ashleigh for any first time buyers.

The communication style was good, every stage of the business was well explained and well understood with alots of clarifications where there was any doubt or need be and with alots of transparency during the buying process. My agent is very intelligent when it comes to the market knowledge with excellent customer services and alots of respect from him. When it comes to negotiation skills and professionalism,I will say he is great.
