The communication style was good,every stage of the business was well explained and well understood with alots of clarifications where there was any doubt or need be and with alots of transparency during the buying process.My agent is very intelligent when it comes to the market knowledge with excellent customer services and alots of respect from him.When it comes to negotiation skills and professionalism,I will say he is great.

Zach helped us with our first home 7 years ago and when we were ready to buy a 2nd home this year, there was no one else we could have asked to walk us through the journey. We really appreciate and count ourselves lucky to have Zachary Machani as our Realtor. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are treated like family. We shopped for a while before we could settle for our now home, he was excellent every step of the way by guiding us well and explaining the options available for either short or long-term buys. Was always available to answer questions and even explain further or promise to find out and come back with a well detailed answers.
