Her photographer showcased our home beautifully and Marleine was an expert on using social media to highlight our home. We moved far away and out of our home before we listed it and Marleine regularly checked on our home and came over several times a week to water plants and fill our pool, even in the middle of the hot Texas summer. Our house ended up selling for above listing price and Marleine remained involved and dedicated until the very end, creating a detailed list of home upgrades and finding true comps so our house would appraise for the sold price, which it did. We also were selling due to a corporate relocation and Marleine was extremely helpful with that entire process, even advising us after the sale had closed.
