From the moment Marleine walked in our door we knew she was the right person to sell our home. She is upfront and honest about what to do to quickly get a home on the market and in front of the most buyers possible. Her advice on staging, timing, listing price, and negotiating was impeccable. She has deep contacts to help with whatever needs to be done to get the house on the market and is dedicated to getting the house sold. In our experience, she goes above and beyond other realtors to accomplish that. We have purchased six houses and sold 5 and Marleine is truly in a class of her own. Throughout the entire home selling process she always answered every question promptly and thoughtfully. Her photographer showcased our home beautifully and Marleine was an expert on using social media to highlight our home. We moved far away and out of our home before we listed it and Marleine regularly checked on our home and came over several times a week to water plants and fill our pool, even in the middle of the hot Texas summer. Our house ended up selling for above listing price and Marleine remained involved and dedicated until the very end, creating a detailed list of home upgrades and finding true comps so our house would appraise for the sold price, which it did.
