We were new to the Dallas area and lucked on to Brent after a family member recommended him. He's been in the real estate business in Dallas for many years. As a result, he was very knowledgable regarding the local market, TX real estate laws, and he skillfully guided us through the negotiation process. Most impressive of all, he never gave up on us! We must have looked at over 50 homes before finding "the one". I highly recommend Brent for your real estate transaction, be it a starter home or an upper-end mansion.

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.

Karen is absolutely amazing! She knew as well as I did from the moment I saw the house that this was the one & only one for me. There was no plan B! She made it her goal to see that my dream came true. She is very knowledgeable about the market conditions & housing options. She was with me every step of the way from the initial showing to closing. She was always available to talk & text. She answered all of my questions, including some I didn't know to ask.
