We came to Franklin last November to look for a home. We only had a few days to look and planned on coming back mid January to look again. We worked with Barbara Bearss and she was friendly, professional and did not pressure us in any way. She asked us many questions to help determine what we were looking for in a new home. Frankly, we weren’t sure and the trip was a last minute decision. We went back home to Texas having a better idea of what we wanted. We spoke and received many listings from Barbara about what was new on the market and she spoke with the listing agents and toured the houses personally. There was a new listing on January 1st and she went to tour the home even though it was a holiday and her day off. She was always so responsive and didn’t hesitate to do anything to help us find the right home. We submitted an offer that day and our offer was accepted. We were able to move into our new home mid February and it’s been a great experience. We are thrilled to live in Franklin and so appreciate all the help Barbara gave us to make the transition so easy.
