David went above and beyond as his “package” included our home being pressure washed, professionally cleaned, some landscaping spiffing up, and a “stager” to give tips to better show the property. We have bought and sold several homes and never have we had a realtor do these things. Obviously, David wanted to sell our home but he also valued and worked to accommodate our concerns.
