We have used Darren to buy multiple homes. He has always been helpful and patient with us. Our first adventure was it find a piece of land to build a retirement home on. He took us around to every view property he could find for two days before we found the one that was just right. This summer we decided it was time to stop procrastinating and move to a better place, Tennessee. We spent weeks looking before we had the chance to fly out and really see the properties. When we came it was an all-day whirlwind with 10 houses to look at. He took us through each house as we discussed the good and bad of each. A new house was added to the list that was a new listing, that was the house we decided was right for us. Darren quickly and expertly helped us through the bidding and then buying process, as we were doing everything remotely. Thanks to him all went through effortlessly.

We decided to use Kevin even though he was the listing agent. We was not bias towards either party in the transaction. Buying a lot unseen, we had a lot of questions and asked him several times to confirm what I was seeing on the web, to be accurate. He went out of his way several times to make this deal happen and we are thrilled with the deal. After making a road trip to see the property, it was just as he described and was shown in his photos. Kevin even made time to come and meet us when we arrived in Tennessee. All I can say is, awesome guy and truly professional.
