We decided to use Kevin even though he was the listing agent. We was not bias towards either party in the transaction. Buying a lot unseen, we had a lot of questions and asked him several times to confirm what I was seeing on the web, to be accurate. He went out of his way several times to make this deal happen and we are thrilled with the deal. After making a road trip to see the property, it was just as he described and was shown in his photos. Kevin even made time to come and meet us when we arrived in Tennessee. All I can say is, awesome guy and truly professional.

Since we were buying a home in a state we never even visited, it was very important to us that we work with an agent with integrity, ethics and values.  Jim was recommended to us by a family member who also enjoyed the value of Jim’s experience and knowledge of the area.  We began with exchanged emails and phone conversations and worked with Jim over a four month period to find the right community and home for us. Throughout that time, Jim supplied us with various listing and educated us on the various areas and neighborhoods around the radius point of Knoxville, giving us the pros and cons as we looked at homes. As retirees, access to medical care and facilities is an important factor and Jim was a great help on that topic.
