We decided to use Kevin even though he was the listing agent. We was not bias towards either party in the transaction. Buying a lot unseen, we had a lot of questions and asked him several times to confirm what I was seeing on the web, to be accurate. He went out of his way several times to make this deal happen and we are thrilled with the deal. After making a road trip to see the property, it was just as he described and was shown in his photos. Kevin even made time to come and meet us when we arrived in Tennessee. All I can say is, awesome guy and truly professional.

Kevin is a very knowledgable, experienced Real Estate professional. He communicated well between myself and the seller during the initial negotiations and the extension that was needed due to a personal family matter. He had a sense of urgency but was never "Pushy".
