Sherri did a great job helping us sell our property, and it was a unique property that had its challenges! She gave us great guidance and advice on what updates were needed to sell the house fast! The house was under contract in less than 48 hours! The buyer, sadly, backed out at the last minute, and we were devastated, but Sherri and her team got right back to work, and we secured another great offer one day after the house was relisted and a back-up offer a couple of days later as well. The house sold this time and we couldn't be happier with Sherri! I highly recommend and will be contacting her in the future with any real estate need.
