Anne was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Every time there was a question, she relayed the information that we needed very quickly.Anne was always very professional. She made sure that the experience of selling our home was a very comfortable and trustworthy experience.I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a great agent.

Can’t say enough good things about our agent Cereice Morris. She definitely went “above and beyond the call of duty”! Every time we reached out to her, whether it be to just ask a question, look at a new listing, no matter what - she would always respond in a very efficient time frame. She was always smiling, polite, excited, very personable and unbelievably knowledgeable about the homes and area which we were looking at - the Tennessee River. She always had tons of answers to all our questions and plenty of great recommendations for everything we could possibly need, whether it be painters, electricians, any handy man, as well as the best places to eat. She made us feel totally comfortable every single time we called or met. And, on our final move in day, she was there with a housewarming gift and eager to help us actually move in (whether it meant lifting furniture or whatever lol). David and his team were excellent with guiding us through the sale of our first home. He managed every detail and made sure we understood the process from the start. He has all the right pieces in place so our listing got the most exposure to potential buyers. When our listing went live, we had 5 offers in the first 48 hours! I do believe this was due to David’s expertise with having the right pictures taken, a great staging company, and recommending things we could do to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. From listing to close, the whole process was less than a month. I will go back to David in the future for our next selling or purchasing experience.
