We were looking for land and met Chris 1.5 years ago while looking (my wife and I are a 1000 miles away). He went out of his way to look at parcels we had found on-line, he took videos, walked the properties and gave us his opinion on the pros and cons of those parcels. During that time he kept in touch, notified us of any he had found and treated us like we were buying a million dollar home not a 5 acre lot. We would Highly recommend Chris to anyone in the market.

Can’t say enough good things about our agent Cereice Morris. She definitely went “above and beyond the call of duty”! Every time we reached out to her, whether it be to just ask a question, look at a new listing, no matter what - she would always respond in a very efficient time frame. She was always smiling, polite, excited, very personable and unbelievably knowledgeable about the homes and area which we were looking at - the Tennessee River. She always had tons of answers to all our questions and plenty of great recommendations for everything we could possibly need, whether it be painters, electricians, any handy man, as well as the best places to eat. She made us feel totally comfortable every single time we called or met. And, on our final move in day, she was there with a housewarming gift and eager to help us actually move in (whether it meant lifting furniture or whatever lol). We would highly recommend Cereice if you are looking to purchase a home! She is awesome!

Chris has to be hands down one of the best realtors out there! Me and my fiancé had been looking for a house for the better part of a year and just seemed to struggle finding anything that we felt was right. After searching the market every day for so long, we began to lose hope. Till one day chris calls saying he thinks he found the one for us! The house wasn’t even on the market for an hour when he called! After looking at the pictures we couldn’t believe it and immediately set up an appointment to take a look. Next thing you know, we were in negotiations and managed to strike an amazing deal on the house and absolutely couldn’t be happier! There’s no way we could have done it without Chris. He looks out for your best interest and will work with you till you’re satisfied! He’s an A+ realtor and if you’re looking to buy or sell a home then he’s the guy!

Cereice spent a significant amount of time trying to sell my lots in a very soft market. She kept me up to date, made sure the property grass was cut and tried her best, over a three year span. Fortunately, a buyer materialized and she was able to close the deal. All her efforts were greatly appreciated and I highly recommend her.
