Can’t say enough good things about our agent Cereice Morris. She definitely went “above and beyond the call of duty”! Every time we reached out to her, whether it be to just ask a question, look at a new listing, no matter what - she would always respond in a very efficient time frame. She was always smiling, polite, excited, very personable and unbelievably knowledgeable about the homes and area which we were looking at - the Tennessee River. She always had tons of answers to all our questions and plenty of great recommendations for everything we could possibly need, whether it be painters, electricians, any handy man, as well as the best places to eat. She made us feel totally comfortable every single time we called or met. And, on our final move in day, she was there with a housewarming gift and eager to help us actually move in (whether it meant lifting furniture or whatever lol). We would highly recommend Cereice if you are looking to purchase a home! She is awesome!
