My home was on the market a year. I took it off the market, hired Seth, put it back on, had a signed contract in 11 days. It had many showings in the 11 days. Seth followed up with me after each showing. The preview videos were fabulous. He knows his stuff. Seth is also a very kind individual and is involved in our community.

Alicia is a fantastic, no-nonsense realtor who truly goes above and beyond. She personally helped spruce up my property for showings, handled cleaning and photography, and had it on the market unbelievably fast. She’s hands-on, organized, and great at keeping everything moving smoothly. When it came time for negotiations, she guided me through multiple rounds and got the deal closed without a hitch. Couldn’t recommend her more if you’re looking for someone who really gets things done.
