My home was on the market a year. I took it off the market, hired Seth, put it back on, had a signed contract in 11 days. It had many showings in the 11 days. Seth followed up with me after each showing. The preview videos were fabulous. He knows his stuff. Seth is also a very kind individual and is involved in our community.

We have used Seth twice now - once to sell and once to buy. His social media presence and marketing is like no other. My home was sold after only three days on the market! He made the process so easy. When we decided to buy again, he was super patient, super accommodating and after seeing a wide variety of houses, he helped us find the absolute perfect one. He’s the only realtor I know who will get down in the dark and dirty crawl spaces and really check the house out for any issues! Cannot recommend him highly enough.
