I am very satisfied with Tom. He is very knowledgeable about the market and all the in and outs of selling home. He did a great job explaining everything to me about how much to price my house, how much to expect when it sold and how long he thought it would take. I'm very satisfied with the job he preformed. He went above and beyond what most realtors would, he came to me in person because I have medical issues which keeps me from going out too often. He worked well with my daughter who had to fill in for me with signing paperwork and doing the closing on the house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sale or buy a home.
