Best agent ever especially with dealing with the VA home loans.

Ross did a fabulous job with both selling our old home and helping us purchase a new one. He offered expert advice when we needed it and advocated for us well throughout the process. We were ready for a long wait, expecting our old home to sit on the market for 90+ days, but Ross brought us an offer after 2 weeks! To top it off, Ross is a great guy and always fun to be around. Highly recommend!

From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.
