When unexpected utility shutoffs occurred, Ross stepped in multiple times to ensure my pipes didn’t freeze, even winterizing my home during a cold spell in Nashville. His willingness to go above and beyond truly sets him apart. This wasn’t my first experience working with Ross—he also helped my daughter purchase her first home in Nashville.
